Headway In west Sussex was established in 1998. It is organised by people who have experience of caring for an acquired brain injured person. Headway In West Sussex is a branch of the National Charity Headway and its objectives and aims are to support the sufferers of brain injury, their families and carers. We serve the whole of the county of West Sussex.

Today there are over half a million people living in the UK with a significant degree of brain damage caused by a head injury. Headway in West Sussex is a charity set up to provide information and support for survivors of acquired brain injury, their partners, families, carers and friends.

We have a wealth of experience to help you and your family through what can be a very difficult time.

We have detailed books and leaflets to help you understand different aspects of head injury and get the best quality of life.
